National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)

NEPA regulations could be required for projects depending on the scope of work and the nature of the potential environmental impacts.  In many cases consultants apply boiler-plate templates and one-size fits all mitigation measures.  WESTECH prefers to customize the NEPA review process to focus on the relevant issues for a specific project and develop practical mitigation actions.  The goal of our NEPA work is provide an efficient path through the process with meaningful resource evaluations and reasonable environmental considerations.
